Greetings From Modern Day!
God is so good and He is blessing Modern Day in some amazing ways. We are thankful for all the people around the world that make what we do possible. We are excited about the oportunities we have been given to see His name proclaimed and His kingdom come! Below you will find just a few things that are happening around the world with Modern Day.
Success Story:
“Big News From Brussels”
Ninth Hour Ministries is happy to announce that they have acquired the building they have been praying for. Jon & Destiny Vandeput and Gary & Jerri Benjamin are pursuing the opening of a House of Prayer in Brussels, Belgium. A location was needed in order to facilitate this ministry of bringing a culture shift to the heart of Europe. They found the perfect location and through the very generous gifts of their supporters, they were able to secure it.

Promoting Missions:
Masters Commission Conference, Dallas
Modern Day attended the 2010 annual Masters Commission Conference in Dallas, TX and set up an exhibit booth. We got to talk to students from all over the world and hear about some of the dreams they have for taking the gospel to the nations. So many of the students we spoke with had a passion for missions and a desire to be used by God in another nation.
Answer To Prayer:
Shaun and Amanda Wissmann, Peru
Shaun and Amanda wondered how they were going to get all the money they needed to continue their work in Lima, Peru. Recently they were given a large gift that paved the way for them to keep ministering. “We struggled about trusting.” Shaun said “Finally this Sunday we gave up worrying. Monday we found out that we have $5,550 dedicated to our mission work. Nice and simple, and it had nothing to do with Amanda and I”. Praise God for his faithfulness and for people that are obedient to his call.Click here to read more.
Worshiping In France:
Andrew Dunn, Denmark
Over Valentines Weekend, Andrew was invited to a youth leadership training in Nice, France, along with people from Switzerland, Belgium, Denmark, the UK and New Zealand. “There is always a special anointing present when we gather across national and cultural boundaries in the bond of unity that Jesus brings to lift up His name, and advance His kingdom here on the earth”. Andrew was one of the worship leaders for this special event. He is on the volunteer teaching staff at the International Apostolic Bible College in Kolding, Denmark where he serves in several areas including worship.
